Madison Barlow is a speech-language pathologist who graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas, with a Master’s in Communication Disorders. Madison has invested her entire career in providing quality treatment in the home health care setting. She is very passionate about the positive impact that therapists provide through home health, both through direct treatment of patients and parent education.
Through her employment experience as a speech pathologist at Children’s Health – Home Care, she had the opportunity to treat a wide variety of medically fragile patients and those with rare disorders. This position allowed her to strengthen her knowledge and passion for treating children with dysphagia and feeding difficulties. This experience also allowed her to develop the necessary skills to coordinate and follow up on the care of patients with other doctors and medical professionals involved in their treatment.
Madison started out with Sage Care as a field therapist before becoming the Field Lead, assisting with clinical and administrative responsibilities for the speech therapy team, while managing a full-time caseload. In the fall of 2021, she was given the opportunity to step into the role of the ST Team Lead. Madison places a high value on creating a positive and healthy work culture and prioritizes the care of patients above all.
