I wanted to work for a company where I could see myself long-term and I wanted to work in an environment where I knew I was supported and appreciated and I wanted more autonomy. I found all of this, and more, at Sage Care.

While other organizations often focus on productivity and numbers, Sage Care concentrates on taking care of its clinicians because the company knows if the therapists are happy and have the resources to do their job well, it will positively impact the quality of care we provide our clients.

Sage Care really goes above and beyond to make things convenient and efficient for the therapists and sometimes it is the little things that can make the biggest difference. For example, when we need supplies, they literally make it as easy as a touch of a button. Sage Care provides an easy-to-use app so therapists can quickly place an order and the supplies are delivered to their home. The additional technology they provide in documentation and daily communication allows me to finish my work by the end of the day. When I’m done with my work day, I’m truly finished and can focus on my family.

Another key advantage to working with Sage Care is the autonomy. Leadership trusts our experience and training and they encourage us to manage our own caseloads and set our own schedules. I enjoy so much independence and flexibility with Sage Care. I can’t imagine going back to a regular 8 to 5 job.

This organization is managed by therapists who value a family-like culture that is supportive and transparent and our leadership team makes it clear they are available anytime to provide support and guidance. I am so thankful my job search path led me to Sage Care.
